The global student recruitment and career services market is worth over $30B and growing yet the core experience for students hasn't changed in 20 years. Job boards, mass applications, zero feedback. Meanwhile, 1.8 billion students worldwide are entering or navigating a labour market that is more competitive, more global, and more opaque than ever. India alone produces 10 million graduates a year, most of whom have no structured way to reach the companies they actually want to work at.
The brief
Studojo is a student career platform that helps job seekers and students land roles at their dream companies through direct hiring manager outreach. We find verified contact details, write personalised cold emails, and send them on the student's behalf cutting through the noise of job boards and generic applications. Our platform also includes a free ATS-optimised resume builder, AI-powered assignment help, and internship discovery tools everything a student needs to go from application to offer.
The edge

Why now
Three things converged to make this the right moment. First, LinkedIn and job boards have hit peak saturation application volumes are up 300% post-pandemic while callback rates have collapsed below 2%. Students know the old system is broken. Second, AI has made it possible to find verified contacts, personalise outreach at scale, and send emails that actually sound human none of which was technically feasible three years ago.
