We see a future where hiring is driven by two intelligent agents — one representing the candidate and one representing the recruiter — continuously matching intent, capability, and opportunity far more efficiently than traditional applications ever could.

JobHunter AI is an AI-native job acquisition platform focused on interview conversion rather than application volume. The platform combines job discovery, recruiter enrichment, personalized outreach generation, and strategic positioning to help candidates stand out in competitive markets. Inspired by elite placement systems and outbound sales workflows, JobHunter helps users identify high-fit roles, build stronger narratives around their capabilities, and directly reach hiring teams through tailored communication. Unlike traditional job boards or resume tools, JobHunter acts as a career copilot that actively works on behalf of users to improve recruiter engagement and increase interview probability through intelligent, context-aware automation and personalized outreach.

Why now
AI models are finally capable of generating personalized communication and contextual reasoning at scale. At the same time, hiring has become increasingly competitive, making traditional job applications less effective. While outbound sales has evolved dramatically through automation and AI, recruiting remains largely outdated. This creates a strong opportunity for AI-native career systems focused on personalization, positioning, and interview conversion rather than application volume.

Ashutosh Lath
Building AI JobHunter An AI and entrepreneurship undergrad, and a three-time founder with $30K+ in collective revenue. I started Social Check (social media verification for HNIs in the US and UAE), then Gig Flow (a 32-person startup services company serving Shark Tank India founders, among others).
Saswata Das
An AI engineer, JEE topper, and multi-time national hackathon champion. He specializes in building RAG pipelines, machine learning systems, and intelligent automation, with experience across several early-stage startups. He brings rigorous technical depth and a results-driven approach to every problem he tackles.
Roshan
A growth marketer specializing in social media, info products, and high-converting sales funnels. With years of experience scaling audience acquisition and UGC-driven campaigns alongside leading entrepreneurs, he now leads funnel sales and optimization, turning attention into measurable revenue through sharp consumer psychology and performance-driven execution.
